D-60E L.R. Baggs Anthem Pickup System
When developing our Traditional Series, we had two things in mind. First, to create an instrument with traditional "vintage" features such as a flat headstock, a hand-carved volute, and diamond inlays. Second, to simultaneously preserve the unique tonal balance of the symmetrical, parabolic Larrivée bracing system.
The enlarged soundhole of the D-60E delivers significantly more punch in the midrange, emphasizes the bass, and increases overall volume. The 60s Series features high-quality rosewood body, herringbone inlays, and a traditionally angled bone nut. The finish is high-gloss. The open-gear, cast bronze tuners are engraved with Wendy Larrivée's name. One of the many fine details that make this model truly special.
