The back and sides are made of pear wood—thermally modified at 195°C—while the soundboard is crafted from thermally modified spruce. The 50 TBF impresses with its excellent attack. Thanks to composite construction techniques—carbon fiber reinforcement for the back and fiberglass reinforcement for the sides—we have increased the instrument's output volume and significantly enhanced its durability in these areas. This makes the guitar highly responsive to a wide range of playing styles and an ideal choice for players whose picking or strumming technique is still developing.
Crafted from solid tonewoods, this guitar features high-quality "Rubner Gold" machine heads with Teflon bearings and bushed peg holes. Additional quality features include a thermo-treated cherry neck reinforced with a continuous Grenadilla strip, a Grenadilla fingerboard, and a saddle made of hard bone. The open-pore, matte PUR lacquer finish creates a surface that is relatively resistant to dirt and signs of wear, while allowing for a particularly open and free tone.
