Back and sides are made of German cherry, with a soundboard of thermally modified spruce. The 50 KF-N impresses with its warm tone; it accommodates virtually any playing technique and is particularly well-suited for players whose picking or strumming technique is still developing. The neck is constructed from thermo-cherry reinforced with thermo-service tree wood. From the 2026 model year onwards, the fretboard is made of RICHLITE®, meaning the entire guitar is crafted using domestic woods.
Crafted from solid tonewoods, this guitar features high-quality "Rubner Gold" machine heads with Teflon bearings and bushed peg holes. Further quality features include the thermo-cherry neck—reinforced throughout with thermo-service tree wood—and a nut and saddle made of hard bone.
The open-pore matte finish, achieved using a matte polyurethane lacquer, creates a surface that is relatively resistant to dirt and signs of wear while allowing for a particularly open and free tone. Hanika
