Models of the Bourgeois Touchstone series are built in cooperation with the Eastman Bourgeois Workshop, which was specifically established for this series. They are true Bourgeois guitars in terms of tone and responsiveness, as the bracing, calibration, and voicing of the top are done in Lewiston by the Bourgeois team. They are then vacuum-packed and sent to Eastman, where they are joined with the body and neck and finalized.
